Watching movies with your roommates is one of the most enjoyable pleasures of life. It’s the best way to chill during weekends or at night because at times we prefer staying at home in our pajamas rather than going out.

This is the perfect pick for millennials as it takes us back to the old days when things were much simpler and teenagers were wilder. It portrays the lifestyle each teenager wants to experience. Life moves on fast and we have to be certain about our next step, this movie makes us feel that it’s okay to be confused and take time to think about what we want to do.

3. Everybody Wants Some

This classic movie about sportsmanship, companionship and the spirit of youth is a must-watch for those who love to win. The competitive spirit of the characters will take you on for a ride. It might be a fresh take on watching movies for some but it is worth the shot.

4. That Awkward Moment

It is about three young men living in New York, celebrating being single. The irony is that they all fall in love and hide it from each other, creating a moment of awkwardness. They eventually find the resolve to confront the girls they love.

5. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

This movie is one of my favorites, it’s about a popular senior ditching school to spend the day in Chicago with his friends. It is the perfect movie to chill with friends or to unwind after a hectic workday.

6. How High

The movie features rap superstars Redman and Method Man, who enact two regular guys who smoke something magical and ace their college entrance exams and wind up at Harvard. Their mischiefs at the ivy-league college will make you burst out of laughter.

7. Boyhood

Boyhood is one of those movies which shaped the millennial generation. This movie was shot over a course of 12 years with the same actor growing up in a world that sees him listening to Blink-182, watching the premiere of “Harry Potter”, having his date force a Beatles mix-CD on him, and every other thing that comprises the millennial lifestyle.

8. Anchorman

Anchorman is a must-watch comedy legend that features Will Ferrel. It features hilarious scenes that would keep you laughing throughout the movie. Each character in the movie is interesting and would keep you intrigued for an enjoyable experience.

9. Risky Business

The movie features Tom Cruise, who enacts a teenager in the suburban neighborhood. He turns his family house into a brothel after losing his virginity to a call girl and things go south like they always do.

10. Ocean’s Film Series

This is one of the best movie series to watch solo or with family and friends. The heist plots and brilliant direction will compel you to binge-watch all the ocean movies. The dynamic characters and seamless continuity of the story make them worth watching.

11. Fast & Furious

The Fast & Furious franchise is everyone’s favorite. It features exceptional action scenes, amazing plots, and your dream cars. The illegal street races and adrenaline rush makes you want to watch the movies again and again, as they have been a part of our childhood and we have seen all the movies while growing up.
